Virginie is a French qualified lawyer with specialization in corporate matters and cross-border investments including investment fund structures in various areas such as infrastructure, real estate, private equity, private credit, venture capital and healthcare. She holds Master of Laws (LLM) degree in European and International Business Law from University of Exeter and Master II degree in Contract Law from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI)
